THE SKILLNET CATALOG OF OPPORTUNITIES

The Skillnet initiative promotes a catalog of several activities and opportunities offered by the Skillman Alliance, with the ultimate objective of raising the quality and attractiveness of TVET providers, fostering the effective use of EU funding instruments, supporting the implementation of relevant EU tools, and broadening the network of TVET professionals who wish to benefit from European cooperation in many ways.

The list of activities designed for the period 2019-2021, includes international conferences, Peer Learning Clubs, workshops, a number of webinars, train the trainers’ courses, innovation cafès, curricula revision trainings, desk services for companies, etc.

The detailed catalog is available at this link and will be constantly updated. Every candidate, after providing personal information and details about their motivation to participate, can register to any of the events proposed by following the instructions provided at the main page.

Through these opportunities, international professionals can get the chance to be keynote speakers in front of an audience of professionals at international conferences, raise people’s awareness on specific topics of their expertise, influence representatives of the European Commission with innovative insights, and receive special mentions on reputable publications under the network umbrella.

To encourage the active participation of those who want to make a difference with a tangible contribution in the TVET sector, the best profiles who apply will also be eligible to have their mobility costs refund by The Skillman Alliance

The latter is a powerful international partnership among some of the most reputable umbrella organizations in the TVET sector (IVETA, Skillman.eu, the Assembly of European Regions, the European Network of Innovation for Inclusion and EAPRIL) devoted to strengthening cooperation among TVET providers and engaging them in mutual learning, peer counselling, capacity building.

The Alliance has created an extensive network of partnerships over time and involves more than 500 members from 83 countries; this shows the power of being connected and endlessly inspired by a common purpose.
