The European Parliament and Council of the European Union have declared the period May 9, 2023 to May 8, 2024 the European Year of Skills.
Tereza Khechoyan, Director for International Cooperation and Development at the Public Administration Academy of RA, is a member of Skillman.eu and attended “The Planet of Skills: Renewed Prospective on Networking Potential” (Skillman International Forum-SIF 2023) in Latvia (Riga) on September 26-27, 2023. The Minister of Education and Research of Latvia and Skillman.eu President (Italy) invited her to act as a speaker in the Forum, which was to be attended by more than 300 educational sphere representatives. The forum was a crucial platform for knowledge and experience sharing, familiarizing oneself with latest skill development trends and expertise.
The Forum participants had an opportunity to visit the best Latvian educational institutions to have a good grasp of their innovative approaches, facilities and state-of-the-art methods of training and development.
T. Khechoyan delivered speeches on problems of promoting and developing women entrepreneurship in the Republic of Armenia during plenary discussions and group activities.
Participation in this event enabled to set new relations and strengthen the old ones, as well as outline the innovative ideas and projects for future implementation.
