Anders Hjort Hansen is a cunsultant at the Educational Secretariat of Industries. He has a Master of Science degree from the University of Copenhagen and have worked in the educational field for many years including the VET-system. One of the goals from the Educational Secretariat at Industriens Uddannelser is continuously to design and develop their education in relation to new advanced technologies as composite materials. They are responsible for no less than 45 VET programs including all kinds of mechanic for instance the aircraft technician. Their involvement in SKILLMAN was as an awarding body and they have focused their resources in the project within the aviation industry. They are particular satisfied with the outcome of the project and on that basis they have been able to develop two new courses for composite training; Basic composite repair and Advanced composite repair technician. The uniqueness of the two courses is that they fulfill the international requirements for the industry. Regarding the future, they have sent an application the Danish Ministry of Education and they expect these two courses to be implemented in the C-VET system in Denmark in 2018.
