The Second Edition of the conference ‘Youth Entrepreneurship in Rural Areas. Ready to build a sustainable future’ was held the last 27th of September in Brussels.

The event was a great opportunity to collect information on employment founds for entrepreneurs, best practices, innovative projects and regional services for rural development.

The conference was also a great occasion to meet Regional policy officers, EU representatives (European Commission, European Committee of the Regions), members of NGOs, international associations, representatives of the business sector, and young people to share opinions and trends on how to boost young entrepreneurship in rural areas.

Mariachiara Esposito, Policy Advisor at Tuscany Region Liaison Office to the EU, Robin Saluoks, CEO of eAgronom, Bruno Cortese, Desk Officer at the European Commission (DG EMPL), Daniele Zini, Desk Officer at the Autonomous Province of Trento, Hanna Alajõe, Projects Director at AEGEE / European Students’ Forum, Reina, Director at ERYICA / European Youth Information and Counselling Agency, Miriana Bucalossi, Head of VET Policies and European Project Management at Tuscany Region, Vittorio Bugli, Tuscan Regional Minister, Esteban Pelayo, Director at EURADA / European Association of Development Agencies, performed their presentations under different panels.
