The EU-funded project “FIT4FoF: Making our workforce fit for the Factory of the Future” aims to identify future skills and needs of the European manufacturing sector and develop ad hoc training for companies to meet these needs. In this way, FIT4FoF will contribute to increasing the European companies competitiveness as well as the level of education and employability of the workforce.

Skillman.eu as well as the SIF International Forum expected in October were included in the comprehensive catalogue of upskilling initiatives from all over Europe set up by the FIT4FoF to make them available for companies on the project’s website. The best initiatives of the list will be also awarded in the final event of the project.
